Good morning and Happy National Bourbon Day. Might as well use the occasion to clear up a few things about your dad’s drink of choice.

All bourbon is whiskey, but not all whiskey is bourbon. For example, whiskey that's made in Scotland is called scotch.
Among other requirements, bourbon must be distilled from a mash that’s at least 51% corn (hence the sweet flavor).
Kentucky produces 95% of all bourbon.

Blöd nur, dass der Keller schon voll ist mit Wiskey und Peseten.

Der junge Mann hatte sich ebend so gefreut, bei der Vollbremsung mit dem Fahrrad 100 €$ gefunden zu haben wollte. Es waren Costa Rica Dollars. Colon. Darmwährung.

Wieso werden die hier bei uns nicht akzeptiert?. Ein zwei Corona Pils müssten doch wohl drin sein. Wir brauchen dringend eine Währungsreform.

Nope, whiskey that's called whiskey, never ist scotch and never comes from scotland (the brave).
That is called whisky!
